The Bose Professional FreeSpace FS2C is a pair of in-ceiling passive loudspeakers designed for intelligible speech and music reproduction in an array of commercial applications, whether installed with ceiling-, surface-, or pendant-mounted options (available separately). Equipped with an integrated steel-formed backcan and a single 2.25" full-range driver, each FS2C speaker yields a 150° conical coverage pattern and a frequency range from 83 Hz to 19 kHz.
The FS2C utilizes an integrated multi-tap transformer, which can be configured for an array of 70/100V settings via a convenient switch beneath the grille. The FS2C is voiced to ensure consistent tonality throughout the FreeSpace FS family, so it can be installed alongside other loudspeakers in the same series without compromising the system's sonic signature. Installation options (available separately) include rough-in kits, adjustable tile bridges, and retrofit kits.
